Home Information Packs are required before putting a property on the market.

Did you know that the HIP must contain not only an Energy Certificate and assessment, but also searches, a sale statement and property interest information?

There is also a list of optional items that sellers may wish to provide and we can guide them through the decision making process.

You can than approach your choice of Estate Agent and put your property on the market, and you have complete freedom to change Agents should you decide to do so.
